Nigerian content creator and comedian Xploitcomedy has recently expanded his creative portfolio with a “beautiful record” titled “Soft life is calling (ise!).” This track is a key single from his debut album, “AWAKENING,” which was released on August 9, 2025.
In addition, the artist, whose real name is Chibugo Emmanuel Lazarus, describes “Soft life is calling (ise!)” not just as a song but as a “meditation track” designed to “usher us into an Era of Ease.”
The lyrics of the song focus on an internal journey of embracing one’s true, highest self and shedding past burdens.
Metaphors such as “wearing rest like a crown” and “walking like water, speaking like flame” are used to symbolize a newfound sense of ease and confidence in being authentically oneself.
The “Awakening Album” itself, released under Xploit Records, is a conceptual project that aims to call “every African soul to awaken, reclaim strength, and honor the power flowing in their veins.”
